Appointment times, follow up appointments and areas covered
.Appointments slots vary between the following hours 9am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday – click below to book online or ring directly. If you can’t see an appointment slot to suit, please contact me directly and an alternative slot may be offered.
Follow up appointments will be booked in at the time of your treatment. A 2 week follow up is necessary after Anti-Wrinkle injections to review your results and see if any adjustments are required.
If it has not been possible to clear the ear wax to an acceptable degree due to hardened wax, you will be informed and a follow up arranged within a week as it may be necessary to use olive oil for a week. If the procedure is unsuccessful due to the anatomy of the ear or an intolerance to the procedure, full payment is due but a referral letter to your GP will be then included as part of the service.
Appointments take place in the comfort of your own home or by video call for some consultations. A 10-mile radius of Wilmslow is covered, including Handforth, South and Central Manchester, Trafford, Alderley Edge, Cheadle, Bramhall and Gatley.
Call to discuss if you are outside this area and would still like an appointment. An extra mileage/travel charge will be added if outside the 10 mile radius. 10-20 miles £10 extra

Cancellation policy
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. Discretion will be used if a reschedule is needed – please ring to discuss.
Deposits – a £100 deposit is taken if anti-wrinkle injection treatment is agreed, this is to go towards the ordering of the botulinum toxin. This is taken off the final price from the treatment but will be non-refundable if your treatment appointment is cancelled. A flexible approach will be taken if you wish to rearrange with enough notice.
A £15 deposit will be taken if booking for ear wax removal, this will be deducted from the final price or cover the cost of an ear assessment if no wax was present to be removed. If a health questionnaire screening was completed before the appointment and you were assessed to be not suitable for the treatment your deposit will be refunded.
To cancel or rearrange please call directly, email or use the online booking system. You will receive a confirmation SMS or email. Please do not cancel via social media as this may not be received.
