Polynucleotides
Advanced Skin Rejuvenation Backed By Science
Polynucleotides are one of the most exciting advances in skin rejuvenation. Unlike treatments that simply hydrate or relax muscles, polynucleotides work at a cellular level — stimulating your skin’s own repair processes to genuinely improve its quality over time.
Made from highly purified DNA fragments, they encourage your skin to produce more collagen and elastin, reduce inflammation, and repair damage from the inside out. The result is firmer, healthier, more resilient skin — not just a temporary fix.
Treatments are delivered in the comfort and privacy of your home across Wilmslow, Cheshire, Stockport and South Manchester. A course of three sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results.
Polynucleotides
Commonly treated areas include the face, neck, décolletage, and hands—anywhere skin shows signs of ageing, dehydration, or dullness. With regular treatments, clients notice smoother texture, improved firmness, and a healthy, radiant glow.
What Happens During Your Treatment
How It’s Administered
Polynucleotides are injected into the skin using very fine needles. The procedure takes around 20–30 minutes and is generally well-tolerated. A topical anaesthetic can be applied beforehand if you’d prefer extra comfort.
After Effects
You may notice some redness, swelling, or tiny bumps at the injection sites immediately after treatment. These are normal reactions and typically resolve within 24–48 hours. Mild bruising can occasionally occur and usually settles within a few days.
Aftercare Advice
To ensure optimal healing and results:
-
Avoid applying makeup, heavy exercise, alcohol, or heat-based treatments (like saunas or hot showers) for the first 24 hours.
-
Keep the skin moisturised and avoid using active ingredients (such as retinols, acids, or exfoliants) for at least 48 hours.
-
Apply a high SPF daily to protect the treated areas and maintain your results.
When You’ll See Results
Some clients notice early improvements in texture and hydration within the first week, but the real results build gradually as your skin regenerates. Optimal results are usually visible after 2–3 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, with continued improvements over the following weeks. Maintenance treatments every 4–6 months help sustain the benefits long-term.
